Self-Sufficiency personalized cards for engagement – these handwritten cards were developed for Family Coaches to support engagement by offering a compassionate and empathic approach. Family Coaches can use the cards along with other communication methods to: reach out to people, share encouragement and invite them to contact the Family Coach when needed. Using a variety of contact methods may ensure referrals and connection to relevant services can help individuals and families to not fall through the cracks – especially those most in crisis. This is a tool to authentically engage people and show genuine care, not a method of outlining program expectations.
